Initially, you were using an overseas vibrator (air ball type), which was effective but occasionally caused bridging, leading you to contact us. 【Overview】 (Usage Conditions) ○ About the Hopper → Top: 800φ, Outlet: 80φ, Angle of repose: approximately 60° ○ Raw Material → Particle size: approximately 5φ, Moisture content: over 20% ○ Installation Position and Model → The risk of blockage is highest just above the outlet, so two Brody Disk Minis were installed in this location (75mm above the hopper wall from the outlet). → Due to the hopper's radius in this location, a Brody Disk cannot be installed; only Brody Disk Minis can be used. → It is preferable to install close to the outlet, so Brody Disk Minis were chosen. → Two Brody Disks were installed approximately 150mm above the Brody Disk Minis along the hopper wall. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog to view.
