Orders and internal notification information can be entered or imported from EDI data. In the case of shipments using kanban, you can continuously enter the delivery date and quantity for a single item number.

Based on the confirmed and internal notification information regarding the shipping date and quantity, we can indicate on the calendar how many days of shipments can be allocated when finished goods and work-in-progress are reserved, and to display in red where it turns negative. This allows us to check the priority of whether to issue additional instructions or to expedite the production of work-in-progress.

We will manage the progress of the process and the delivery deadlines for each process by looking at the actual production results and the acceptance processing of incoming goods in relation to production instructions and outsourcing arrangements. By color-coding the various statuses such as partial delivery, complete delivery, and delays, it becomes visually easier to identify which delays are present.

By using the production achievement input via tablet (optional), real-time information such as start, pause, completion, and actual numbers can be reflected on the production site using a touch panel. Inputting achievements using a PC, barcode reader, and handheld terminal is also supported.

The inventory reduction process will be carried out by shipping through shipment input or direct shipment input from the shipping instruction document. It is also possible to perform shipping processing while conducting error checks using QR codes (such as three-point verification, two-point verification, etc.). *Customization may be required depending on the check method.
