Dissolved oxygen exists in liquids. Generally, about 7 to 10 ppm of oxygen is dissolved in the liquid. By removing this dissolved oxygen, it is possible to suppress deterioration due to oxidation of the product and maintain or improve quality. In the industrial sector, reducing dissolved oxygen can lead to improved quality of the final product and increased production efficiency. For food applications, there is a "sanitary specification," while for industrial applications, there are "flange specifications" and "explosion-proof specifications." The installation location can be indoors or outdoors, and it can also be used in hazardous areas where explosion-proof specifications are required. Additionally, since continuous processing is possible, large volumes of liquid can be reliably processed.

The dissolved oxygen removal system mainly consists of a nitrogen supply section and a mixer section. 【Processing Flow】 The liquid is mixed with nitrogen and passed through a patented special mixer. Inside the mixer, dissolved oxygen is captured in fine nitrogen bubbles. After exiting the mixer, the treatment is completed by separating the liquid from the nitrogen. 【Removal Performance】 With a nitrogen ratio of 0.5 to liquid 1, a removal rate of over 90% is achievable (in the case of water). For reference, in a typical bubbling method, 2 to 3 times the amount of nitrogen is required to achieve the same removal performance. 【Achievable Dissolved Oxygen】 With a removal rate of over 90%, a reduction to approximately 0.5 ppm is possible. If further reduction is desired, increasing the amount of nitrogen or installing the mixer in two stages can make it possible.
