Esback N (alkaline) / NN MICRO HOLE CLEANER (neutral) is a product developed as a dedicated cleaning agent for synthetic fiber spinning nozzles, based on years of accumulated knowledge and experience. Traditionally, nozzle cleaning has been performed using salt baths, TEG, etc., but due to changes in fillers (additives) in polymers, residues have been observed inside the porous fine-hole nozzles, leading to a shift in the approach to cleaning.
