**Features of the Rev Unit** - The first movable unit house in Japan using the wooden frame "Itakura" method. - Assembly in the factory allows for an astonishing construction period of just one day! - Can be transported and installed in panel form even on narrow sites. - Being wooden, module changes can be made freely. - Floor plans can be customized; easy to connect and expand. - Interior height is a spacious 2.5 meters. - Excellent seismic resistance and strength. → The Japanese-style "Itakura" method has been used in traditional structures like the Shosoin since ancient times, combining the Itakura method with the Tokko method for seismic performance. → The Western-style "Demiq Monger" features a combination of joint hardware and shear walls for even higher seismic resistance. - Can be installed without foundation work if under 10 square meters. - Can be disassembled, reassembled, and reused (recycled). - Roof substrate and floor use 24mm thick plywood. - All building timber is made from domestically sourced natural solid cedar. → Free from mold and sick house syndrome. - Roofs can be replaced or exchanged even if they corrode or age.
