【Course Objectives and Goals】 Based on experience in material development for Boeing and Airbus prepregs, H-2 rocket fairing insulation materials, Shinkansen floor adhesive, and manufacturing aerospace components through processes such as vacuum bag autoclave molding and filament winding, we will explain in a Q&A format the following: 1) curing behavior of resin compositions, 2) composite molding methods, 3) composite component manufacturing, 4) composite quality assurance, and 5) basic knowledge and practical aspects of composite applications in "monozukuri" (manufacturing).
