Founded in 1969, we have a long-standing track record in precision machining of engineering plastics. Based on this technology, we develop all-around resin processing such as molding, bonding, bending, and welding, as well as ceramic sintering processing for manufacturing molded parts. We have developed unique methods that further enhance these foundational technologies and are committed to meeting the needs of various industries. Our engineering plastic processing utilizes a wide range of the latest NC machine tools and molding machines, enabling us to produce precision, high-quality products from small lots to mass production. To pursue lower costs and shorter delivery times, we have developed new methods such as high-efficiency simultaneous processing "One Processing 2 by 2," a hybrid method "Just in Make" aimed at reducing the cost of super engineering plastics, and a labor-saving molding technology "Smart Molding" that accommodates various resins. Recently, we have standardized the basic materials for super engineering plastics, starting production and sales at lower prices. In addition, in ceramic processing, we have developed "3D Slip Casting," which excels in creating complex three-dimensional fine shapes. This has simplified and reduced the cost of manufacturing ceramic parts, which were previously difficult and expensive to produce. Our ceramic screws, made from this process, have received high praise and repeat orders from advanced technology sectors both domestically and internationally.
