It is the smallest spray dryer in our equipment lineup. Of course, it can dry raw materials with regular solvents using water, and it can also safely dry raw materials that are difficult to dissolve in water but soluble in organic solvents.

- The entire line from the drying room to product recovery is made of stainless steel. - A touch panel is adopted. The operating status of the equipment is easily understood at a glance, and it is also possible to collect operating data. - If closed operation using nitrogen circulation is not required, open operation can be performed with just the drying unit. A cooling unit can be added later to incorporate a nitrogen circulation system. - An enclosure unit (draft chamber type) dedicated to CPL-2 is available as an option.
