The Hi-Rotor is a mixer that achieves high-dimensional stirring power, degassing power, processing capacity, durability, and quietness. By doubling the rotational speed of the self-rotation to that of the revolution, it generates high shear force = stirring power, and degasses using a vacuum pump that produces a maximum of 50Pa. It can accommodate four containers. The simple structure that does not use gears in the drive unit ensures both durability and quietness. It has various applications across different industries, including electronic materials, resin materials, paints, medical materials, and cosmetics. Customization leveraging our development capabilities as a device manufacturer is also possible. We can also accommodate explosion-proof and cooling options.
