Control valve for floor heating that prevents water hammer ≪thermodynamic valve≫
From the perspective of hygiene, health, and energy conservation, hot water floor heating is currently attracting attention. The heating of the PTC heater causes the thermal element to expand and contract, opening and closing the valve. This controls the flow of hot water in an ON-OFF manner. Since the valve operates gently, it does not cause water hammer. There are also products that can be used with various air conditioning equipment and are compatible with different flow rates and circuit numbers.

basic information
As a control for the hot water in floor heating, the heating element (PTC) is heated by a power supply of AC 100V or AC 200V, causing the expansion body of the thermoelement to expand, which pushes the piston to open the valve. Conversely, by turning the power OFF (not supplying power), the thermoelement naturally dissipates heat and is pushed up by the return spring, closing the valve.
