We have integrated the strainer and check valve into one unit. This leads to streamlined piping and a reduction in construction labor. Please use it for piping and mixing valves on the primary side where a standard check valve and strainer are required.

• Flow Control

<Operation when used as a mixing valve> ● Hot water from the H side and cold water from the C side are mixed, and the temperature is detected by a thermoelement, which moves the valve body via a piston (the movable part of the element). When the valve body moves, the opening degrees of the hot and cold water inlets are adjusted. Once the mixed water temperature reaches the set temperature, the mixing ratio stabilizes, and a constant temperature mixed water flows out from the M side. <Operation when used as a switching valve> ● The fluid temperature flowing in from the M side is detected by a thermoelement, which moves the valve body via a piston (the movable part of the element). When the valve body moves, the opening degrees of the H side and C side outlets are adjusted. The flow path is automatically switched to the discharge ports on the H side and C side based on the fluid temperature.

During normal use, it operates just like a regular faucet. When the surrounding temperature drops while in a shut-off state, the thermal element detects the temperature and automatically opens to drain the water. Additionally, when the temperature of the flowing water rises, it automatically closes. This process is repeated to prevent freezing.

The low-temperature operation valve protects water pipes from freezing during winter. When the temperature reaches a level where there is a risk of freezing, the thermoelement, which is the temperature control element, detects the ambient temperature, opens the low-temperature operation valve to drain the water, and allows warm water from underground to flow in, thereby preventing freezing. Additionally, the thermoelement detects when the temperature of the warm underground water eliminates the risk of freezing and automatically closes the valve. This product performs all of the above functions automatically and maintenance-free without the need for electricity.

In floor heating, it is used together with a thermal actuator to control the indoor temperature by switching the flow of hot water on and off. You can choose the temperature sensing method from "hot water," "room temperature," or "floor surface" types. Additionally, it only requires simple button operations without any complicated procedures. Furthermore, we also offer models with a timer function to meet customer needs.

From the perspective of hygiene, health, and energy conservation, hot water floor heating is currently attracting attention. The heating of the PTC heater causes the thermal element to expand and contract, opening and closing the valve. This controls the flow of hot water in an ON-OFF manner. Since the valve operates gently, it does not cause water hammer. There are also products that can be used with various air conditioning equipment and are compatible with different flow rates and circuit numbers.
