Thermal technology that expands comfortable living. Introducing housing-related products!
At Nippon Thermostat Co., Ltd., we have applied the temperature control technology cultivated in various fields, including automobiles, to residential equipment. We have developed a variety of thermal devices suitable for temperature control in water-related areas, such as "thermo faucets and mixing valves suitable for hot water supply in bathrooms and washbasins," "thermal actuators suitable for various air conditioning system applications that operate quietly and are suitable for fluid opening and closing," and "thermo ventilation openings suitable for air control as part of ventilation systems." Recently, our products have also been adopted as key components of the next-generation hot water supply system "EcoCute," which uses natural energy to produce hot water. 【Product Lineup】 ○ Thermo Cartridge ○ Thermal Actuator (2WAY・3WAY) ○ Thermo Ventilation Opening ○ Mixing Valve For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
【Features】 [Thermo Cartridge] ○ Incorporated in bath and kitchen mixing faucets ○ Thermo elements and shape memory alloys control the mixing of hot and cold water [Thermal Valve (2WAY・3WAY)] ○ The heating of the PTC heater causes the thermo element to expand and contract, opening and closing the valve ○ ON/OFF control of hot water flow ○ Adopted in various air conditioning equipment to accommodate flow rates and circuit numbers [Thermo Vent] ○ The thermo element adjusts the opening to maximum when the temperature rises and to minimum when it drops ○ Minimizing the opening helps reduce cold air intrusion, leading to energy-saving effects ○ An ecological product that does not use electricity, contributing to resource conservation ○ Used as a component in 24-hour ventilation systems [Mixing Valve] ○ Allows remote operation of the set temperature for hot water mixing valves ○ The thermo element detects temperature changes in hot and cold water, and the valve controls the opening of hot and cold water to achieve the set temperature ○ Equipped with a temperature actuator that responds quickly to changes in conditions such as pressure and temperature ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
