This is a stainless steel sieve for testing according to JIS standards. Our sieve is made without lead.
Our company's sieves use a highly reliable system to guarantee the mesh opening and wire diameter of various types of sieves. The mesh is defined as "woven with metal wire at right angles (plain weave)," but for mesh openings of 2.36mm or larger, we use a flat top weave that creates a bend in the metal wire beforehand to prevent distortion of the sieve openings. For sieve mesh with a nominal opening of 45μm or smaller, it is specified that a twill weave is acceptable, but we have defined it as a twill weave for openings of 38μm or smaller. Openings from 2mm to 45μm are made with a plain weave. 【Features】 ○ For nominal openings of 2.36mm or larger, the mesh is woven with a flat top weave that creates a bend in the metal wire beforehand to prevent distortion of the sieve openings. ○ Openings of 38μm or smaller are twill weave, while openings from 2mm to 45μm are plain weave. ○ There are three types: flat top wire mesh, plain weave wire mesh, and twill weave wire mesh. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
There are three types: flat top wire mesh, plain weave wire mesh, and twill weave wire mesh. 【Flat Top Wire Mesh】 Woven in a way suitable for coarse and medium particles, it is made with wires that have been processed flat to ensure a smooth screening surface. 【Plain Weave Wire Mesh】 This is a basic weaving method where vertical and horizontal wires alternate and intersect, providing stable mesh openings for accurate and efficient screening. 【Twill Weave Wire Mesh】 This weaving method has both vertical and horizontal wires arranged in pairs, with each pair alternating in a staggered manner, making it suitable for weaving fine mesh and allowing for the use of thicker wires.
