Traditionally, the buried pipes were cut and finished using electric disc grinders or cutting torches. Moreover, it took 5 to 10 minutes and was a difficult task due to the awkward posture required. However, this cutting machine uses a Φ355 circular saw (chip saw) and can cut a 125A pipe in just 30 seconds. The biggest feature of this cutting machine is that it does not completely cut through; it leaves a small section uncut at the end. Therefore, it allows for one-person operation without the blade getting stuck in the cut material.
