It is characterized by being resistant to cracking of the weld bead even after forming processes like bellows (welding conditions are determined after confirming forming conditions). Order lot: 10 pieces Our welded pipes are made by cutting and roll forming from sheet material and using the micro-plasma welding method. Welding is performed without filler material in a butt joint shape. The weld bead has minimal unevenness and distortion, achieving high precision and receiving positive feedback. Features: - Can be produced in a thickness range of 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm. - Production can be accommodated from just one piece. - Production is possible not only in stainless steel but also in special materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, and nickel. - Production and shipping can be done in as little as two days. - All manufacturing is done in-house.
