We assist with precision welding processing in all fields that require precision welding (foil welding and ultra-thin sheet welding).

Nissei Kiko Co., Ltd. has been engaged in precision welding processing, primarily focusing on stainless steel foil materials (ultra-thin materials), for 40 years since the founder encountered 0.05 mm butt welding, with the motto of being a pioneer in precision welding. In addition to stainless steel, we also handle welding of pipes with butt joints of 1.0 mm or less in materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, and Inconel, and we provide contract processing for precision equipment parts, including vacuum devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ultra-low temperature devices, fuel cells, and nuclear-related components, from welding to assembly. From prototype development with a single piece to batch production of several hundred pieces, we offer precision, accuracy, and sincerity with the nimbleness characteristic of a small factory.
