[Precision Welding Achievements] Titanium Gas-tight Structural Container (Pipe + Pipe Butt Welding)
The lathe-processed parts are welded together in series to form a pressure-tight container.
Size: 6-4Ti 3.0t + 3.0t butt welding Application: Airtight structural container Features: The lathe-processed parts are butt-welded in series to create an airtight container. The interior is machined in sections, allowing for cost reduction through welding. Order history lot: 1 piece Our welded pipes are produced by cutting and roll forming from sheet material using micro-plasma welding methods. Welding is performed without using filler material, in a butt joint configuration. The weld bead has minimal irregularities and distortion, achieving high precision and receiving positive feedback. Features: - Can be manufactured with a plate thickness range of 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm. - Production can be accommodated from just one piece. - In addition to stainless steel, production using special materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, and nickel is also possible. - Production and shipping can be done in as little as two business days. - All manufacturing is done in-house. Prototypes, development products, and custom items can be produced according to application and required quantity. For the sizes of welded pipes, please refer to the special page → catalog list → quick reference table for the range of welded pipe manufacturing. (Note: For titanium, the formability differs from that of stainless steel. Please use this as a guideline and contact us for details.)

Nissei Kiko Co., Ltd. has been engaged in precision welding processing, primarily focusing on stainless steel foil materials (ultra-thin materials), for 40 years since the founder encountered 0.05 mm butt welding, with the motto of being a pioneer in precision welding. In addition to stainless steel, we also handle welding of pipes with butt joints of 1.0 mm or less in materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, and Inconel, and we provide contract processing for precision equipment parts, including vacuum devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ultra-low temperature devices, fuel cells, and nuclear-related components, from welding to assembly. From prototype development with a single piece to batch production of several hundred pieces, we offer precision, accuracy, and sincerity with the nimbleness characteristic of a small factory.
