Specifications: Pure titanium seamless pipe t0.2 x φ23 + TP340 t0.5 ring, corner welding Application: Cover Features: The t0.2 titanium pipe is corner welded with a t0.5 titanium ring. It has been manufactured as a cover for fitting. Quantity: 40 pieces Our welded pipes are produced by cutting and roll forming from sheet material, using micro-plasma welding methods. Welding is performed without filler material, using a butt joint shape. The weld bead has minimal irregularities and distortion, achieving high precision and receiving favorable reviews. Features: - Can be manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm. - Production can be accommodated from a single piece. - Not limited to stainless steel, we can also manufacture using special materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, and nickel. - Production and shipping can be done in as little as two business days. - All manufacturing is done in-house. Applications: - Can accommodate helium leak tests and precision cleaning for vacuum products. - Welded pipes can be used for vacuum insulation containers, crucibles, floats, and can be produced according to application and required quantity for prototypes, development items, and custom orders.
