[Precision Welding Achievements] Titanium Liquid Level Gauge Float (Pipe + Cap Corner Welding)
A ring-shaped cover is placed on the end face of the thin-walled pipe and the ends are welded at the corners.
Size: TP340 0.20t (tube), 0.50t (cap) outer diameter φ23 Usage: Liquid level gauge float Features: A ring-shaped cap is placed on the thin-walled tube end and welded at the end. It is also possible to change the ring shape to a disc for a sealed shape. (The tube in the photo is a commercially available product and is not manufactured by our company.) Order lot for achievements: 20 pieces Our welded pipes are made by cutting and roll forming from sheet material, using micro-plasma welding methods. Welding is performed without filler material, using a butt joint shape. The beads have small irregularities and distortions, and we have received high praise for their precision. Features: - Can be manufactured in a thickness range of 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm. - Production can be accommodated from just one piece. - Not limited to stainless steel, we can also manufacture using special materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, and nickel. - Production and shipping can be done in as little as two business days. - All manufacturing is done in-house. We will produce prototypes, development products, and custom items according to usage and required quantities. For the sizes of welded pipes, please refer to the special page → Catalog list → Quick reference table for the range of welded pipe manufacturing capabilities.

Nissei Kiko Co., Ltd. has been engaged in precision welding processing, primarily focusing on stainless steel foil materials (ultra-thin materials), for 40 years since the founder encountered 0.05 mm butt welding, with the motto of being a pioneer in precision welding. In addition to stainless steel, we also handle welding of pipes with butt joints of 1.0 mm or less in materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, and Inconel, and we provide contract processing for precision equipment parts, including vacuum devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ultra-low temperature devices, fuel cells, and nuclear-related components, from welding to assembly. From prototype development with a single piece to batch production of several hundred pieces, we offer precision, accuracy, and sincerity with the nimbleness characteristic of a small factory.
