It will be manufactured by cutting the thin plate, rolling processing (3-roll processing), and butt welding.
We manufacture welded pipes using titanium thin plates of less than 1 millimeter, which are used for bellows, heat exchanger shells, floats, and more. The thin plates are processed through cutting, rolling (3-roll processing), and butt welding. A notable feature is our ability to produce sizes that are not available in standard commercial specifications, in increments of 0.10 millimeters. We also perform assembly processing for welded pipes, including the installation of flanges, lids, and end rings, as well as assembly with other components. We conduct airtightness tests using He leak tests. Our products are well-received for their high precision, with minimal bead irregularities and distortions. Features: - We can manufacture within a thickness range of 0.05 millimeters to 1.0 millimeters. - We can accommodate production starting from just one piece. - In addition to stainless steel, we can also manufacture using special materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, and nickel. - We can ship within the shortest time frame of two business days. - All manufacturing is done in-house. We produce prototypes, development items, and custom products according to the application and required quantity. For the sizes of welded pipes, please refer to the special page → catalog list → quick reference table for the range of welded pipe manufacturing.

Nissei Kiko Co., Ltd. has been engaged in precision welding processing, primarily focusing on stainless steel foil materials (ultra-thin materials), for 40 years since the founder encountered 0.05 mm butt welding, with the motto of being a pioneer in precision welding. In addition to stainless steel, we also handle welding of pipes with butt joints of 1.0 mm or less in materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, and Inconel, and we provide contract processing for precision equipment parts, including vacuum devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ultra-low temperature devices, fuel cells, and nuclear-related components, from welding to assembly. From prototype development with a single piece to batch production of several hundred pieces, we offer precision, accuracy, and sincerity with the nimbleness characteristic of a small factory.
