New Seismic Ceiling Construction Method: Daiken Hybrid Ceiling *Achieving both seismic resistance and construction efficiency.
Daiken Hybrid Ceiling
High seismic resistance that can withstand horizontal loads equivalent to 2.2G! Easy-to-install seismic ceiling substrate material that achieves a short construction period!
The Daiken Hybrid Ceiling is a unique seismic ceiling construction method that uses ceiling base materials that combine the advantages of traditional ceilings and system ceilings, enabling seismic reinforcement of ceilings with reduced construction time and effort. By assembling original lightweight materials with high cross-sectional performance in a grid pattern on the same plane, and directly applying finishing materials or underlayment, it achieves high seismic resistance and contributes to the safety of the building's interior. 【Features】 ■ High seismic resistance that is safe and reliable ■ Construction efficiency that realizes short construction periods ■ Compatible with both direct application and underlayment ■ In the case of direct application, safety is improved by reducing ceiling weight *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
【Overview】 ■ Adoption of a unique new seismic ceiling construction method → It has been proven to withstand horizontal loads equivalent to 2.2G. ■ Compatible with lightweight ceiling material Dailoton → In the unlikely event that the ceiling material falls, the risk to human life is low. ■ One-touch connection for ceiling substrate materials → The dedicated T-bar material can be connected with one touch due to special mortise processing. → No screws are required. It can be installed uniformly and easily in a short period. ■ Reduced number of seismic braces and less labor → The high seismic performance with a ceiling allowable load of 4,000N and the lightweight of the ceiling (using lightweight Dailoton for finishing materials) reduce the number of seismic braces needed, thus decreasing installation effort. ■ Direct installation of Dailoton is possible → Direct installation of the ceiling finishing material Dailoton is possible, eliminating the need for a base layer. → It is also compatible with the conventional double-layer method. * For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Daiken Corporation was founded in September 1945 (Showa 20). In the aftermath of the war, amidst devastation and chaos, the founders were driven by a passionate desire to "produce timber and processed wood products as reconstruction materials to help rebuild Japanese society and the lives of its people." This marked the beginning of our journey into the manufacturing of various wooden products and flooring materials. Since then, we have continued to develop and provide products that create high-quality living environments with eco-friendly materials that consider the global environment and consumer perspectives. Alongside the development of these eco-materials, we have enhanced the "quality" of living environments by adding functionality and quality to essential building materials such as flooring, wall materials, and ceiling materials, as well as storage and architectural acoustics products that enrich daily life, all from the viewpoints of safety, security, comfort, and health. We have aimed to provide products that improve the livability for everyone. Today, our efforts extend beyond Japan, as we look to the future of the world, engaging in global environmentally conscious manufacturing and consumer-oriented production that aligns with the circumstances of each country. We are committed to creating new "value of living" while achieving harmony among people, spaces, and the environment.
