You can easily execute profiles equivalent to those of large conveyor types. ■ Rapid Heating Response Our unique heating method achieves a rapid temperature rise of approximately 2.5°C/s on standard single-layer 1.6mm glass-epoxy substrates. It can also accommodate high-temperature solder. ■ Significant Reduction in Preparation and Cooling Time There is no "waiting time" associated with large reflow processes. It features an energy-saving design that does not use excess power until preparation and cooling are complete. ■ Significant Reduction in Reflow Cycle Time By installing a preheat zone, the production takt time, which has been a challenge for batch reflow ovens, has been greatly improved.
