Niufos plating baking! A treatment that improves not only hardness but also corrosion resistance.
This is a Ni-W-P plating performed using an electroless plating method. (It is a ternary alloy of nickel, tungsten, and phosphorus.) It has superior chemical resistance compared to general electroless plating, and its surface is passivated. The passivated film also provides excellent release properties for molded resin products such as rubber. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance against acids like hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and alkaline substances such as amines. It is not affected by chlorine-based resins. Additionally, its performance is maintained even at high temperatures. It is used for molds made of fluorine rubber, and there are cases where release agents are not used. **Features** - Excellent uniformity of film thickness, allowing plating on cylindrical inner diameters. - Superior release properties compared to industrial chrome plating, with hardness equivalent to industrial chrome. - Performance such as hardness is maintained even at high temperatures. - Does not use environmental regulated substances like heavy metals. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
