Traditionally, to dynamically measure the angle of an object that is displacing at high speed, several distance measurements such as "height and length" were taken to convert to angle. However, this method could not resolve issues arising from measurement errors due to positional inaccuracies of the measurement points and insufficient resolution. The high-speed, high-resolution auto-collimator "HRAD" is the industry's first high-speed auto-collimator that utilizes semiconductor lasers to dynamically measure the angle of objects displacing at high speed without contact. It can measure changes in the tilt posture of high-speed rotating bodies (such as rotating disks, motors, mirrors, etc.) and high-speed oscillating bodies (those that vibrate or tilt). By adopting an auto-collimator optical system, it directly captures the "angle," completely eliminating the factors that caused measurement errors in traditional methods.
