We are introducing a case study of the fixed bar rack from Gooriki Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells racks and space-saving equipment. At Naraki Ken Co., Ltd., the update of their precut processing machine has increased processing speed, resulting in a higher production volume per day. To fully utilize this processing capacity, it was necessary to match the material input with the processing speed. Therefore, they adopted the bar rack with the aim of reducing the time spent on picking operations and minimizing the waiting time for material input into the processing machine.
