This is an explosion-proof drum filling device compatible with drum cans. It features a long nozzle type, allowing you to choose filling methods such as level-following or in-liquid filling, depending on the properties of the liquid. It is suitable for filling foamy liquids like detergent raw materials and surfactants, as well as liquids that may degrade product quality under shear stress. Additionally, by installing a weighing scale on the filling machine side, it can also accommodate automatic weighing JIS standards. Of course, it can be manufactured in a non-explosion-proof version as well. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must undergo domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan, even if it has been certified for explosion-proof use overseas, such as IECEx or ATEX. Our products have obtained domestic explosion-proof certification (TIIS certification) and can be safely used in explosion-proof areas.
