This is a liquid filling machine with all Teflon contact parts that can be used in hazardous locations. It is compatible with various containers, including medium-sized containers such as one-gallon cans, drums, and IBCs.
The liquid contact part uses a diaphragm valve made entirely of Teflon (PTFE), making it ideal for filling liquids such as semiconductor cleaning solutions that are sensitive to the generation of metal ions and contamination. Non-explosion-proof models can also be manufactured. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must have domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan, even if it has overseas explosion-proof certification such as IECEx or ATEX. Our products have obtained domestic explosion-proof certification (TIIS certification) and can be safely used in explosion-proof areas.
