There are standard 3-axis models and models that support up to 5 axes. Additionally, there are high-performance versions of the above models. ■ Product Lineup - Standard Model: a-DiB Series - Standard (up to 5-axis) Model: a-DiB5 Series - High-Performance Model: a-DiB ADV Series - High-Performance (up to 5-axis) Model: a-DiB5 ADV Series ■ High-Performance Specifications Features - The Z-axis stroke has been expanded to 400mm, improving accessibility for machining with additional axes. - Improvements to the Z-axis cover reduce column interference when using large fixtures. - The maximum load capacity has been increased from the standard 300kg to 400kg. - The adoption of a servo motor-driven tool indexing device has achieved a reduction in tool change time and improved reliability. - The shortest tool change time is now 0.7 seconds (tool-to-tool), which is a 0.2-second reduction compared to the DiA series. - The maximum tool weight has also been increased to 4kg, allowing for the use of larger tools.

Based on the operational status of the spindle and feed axes, the amount of thermal distortion in each axis direction is estimated and can be corrected in real-time. ■ Latest CNC equipped The CNC device adopts the latest iHMI, providing intuitive and user-friendly operations for programming, setup, and machining. ■ Excellent maintainability Displays a list of messages such as alarms along with detailed information, allowing for estimation of the causes of alarms and other occurrences. ■ Support for automation Supports automation through robot linkage as an option.
