The motors of the group company Shabmyura are of stable high quality and are widely adopted in forklifts in Europe and the United States.
This is a long-established German motor manufacturer that has been developing and producing DC motors since 1964. They began working on AC motors in 1993, and now almost all forklift manufacturers in the world use motors made by Shabmüla. They have a long history of practicing Toyota-style quality management methods, and their high quality and stability are well-regarded. They offer induction motors that support voltages from 24 to 750V and outputs ranging from 0.5 to 100kW, available in various sizes. They have the highest shipment volume of industrial electric vehicle motors in the world. It is optimal to combine them with the ACS series inverters from the same ZAPI group, Inmotion. AC Induction Motors for Electric Vehicles 【Main Product Range】 For traction: Stator outer diameter 106-300mm, output 0.5kW to 25kW, voltage 12V to 200V For cargo handling (various pumps): Stator outer diameter 106-270mm, output 0.5kW to 25kW, voltage 24V to 80V For steering: Stator outer diameter 106-150mm, output 0.2kW to 2kW, voltage 24V to 80V, gear ratio 18:1 to 93:1 【Other Range】 Some models can support voltages up to 750V, and outputs of 40kW or more are also possible. 0.5 to 40kW: Air-cooled 40kW to 100kW: Water-cooled We will design the motors according to your specifications. The outputs mentioned above are guidelines, and we can customize the windings to meet your requirements. We also provide combinations with brakes and gears. Please feel free to contact us. *Delivery will be from Germany, but if quantities and other conditions are met, production is also possible at our factory in Tianjin, China.
