With one unit, the water quality and flow rate of hard water are monitored via digital display. Chlorine concentration is measured by conductivity, the amount of CaCO3 is measured by TDS, and filter replacement is based on cumulative flow.
To prevent scaling in cooling towers and heat pipes, we monitor the corrosion of pipes caused by concentrated residual chlorine and calcium carbonate. This single unit measures the increase in concentrated chlorine levels via conductivity, the rise in calcium carbonate hardness through TDS, and the timing for membrane replacement based on cumulative flow, notifying you with a buzzer alarm. With just the button operation on the surface panel, you can switch displays and toggle between manual and auto modes. ■ TDS or conductivity selection: You can choose which one to display (settings can be changed on-site). ■ Manual mode: It measures and displays the current flow rate and water quality. ■ Auto mode: It automatically determines whether the average values of conductivity and TDS exceed the set upper limit alarm for every 40L of flow. Even during power outages or battery replacements, the alarm settings and cumulative flow values are automatically saved in internal memory. For installation, please use conversion adapters to connect to G1", 1/2", or 3/4" pipes.

Detailed information
-
User-friendly panel All settings are made using the buttons on the front panel. The backlight automatically turns on when the buttons are pressed. The water quality status is displayed by the color of the LED lights (green: good, red: deteriorating).
-
1" Diameter Built-in vane-type flow sensor and SUS304 electrodes. 1/2
-
Water hardness is indicated in American hardness (ppm) and French hardness (°F).
-
The relationship between residual chlorine and corrosion: The higher the chlorine concentration, the faster the progression of corrosion.
