The BDN series waterproof and dustproof aluminum die-cast box features a silicone gasket (waterproof packing) that achieves high waterproof performance. With an IP67 rating (no water ingress at a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes), it is a highly waterproof aluminum die-cast box that excels in impact resistance. The coating uses environmentally friendly powder coating that offers excellent weather resistance and coating hardness. The untreated N type can be used as a shielded enclosure since the interior is conductive. Additionally, being made entirely of aluminum, it also provides excellent heat dissipation. It can be used for control boxes in plants, seismometers, environmental measuring instruments, terminal relay boxes, and more. Although aluminum die-cast material is thick and difficult to process, Takachi offers a wide range of customization options, including hole processing, printing, and painting, with short lead times starting from just one unit!
