The motor-controller integrated BPS-i30 pump system is an innovative centrifugal pump that does not use consumable bearings or seals. Based on the principle of magnetic levitation, the pump's impeller floats non-contact within a sealed pump casing and is driven by the rotating magnetic field of the motor. Both the impeller and the pump casing are made of high-purity fluororesin with excellent chemical resistance. These components, along with the rotor magnets, make up the pump head. Unlike conventional BPS systems, the controller and motor are integrated as a driver housing, freeing users from the hassle of cable wiring and space issues. The impeller's rotation speed is precisely controlled by electronic circuits, resulting in no pulsation. With a pulsation-free valve-less structure, inline boosting is possible. The control system features a PI function, allowing for easier construction of closed-loop flow or pressure control using various sensors.

It is smaller than air-driven bellows pumps and centrifugal magnetic pumps, achieving space-saving in equipment and installations with a small footprint.
