Shine Craft: Functional Ceramic Coating for Glass

Shine Kogei retains the transparency of glass while providing functionality with a ceramic coating.

Conventional fluororesins do not adhere well to glass, but Shine Kogei's ceramic coating "Cera Armor" achieves excellent adhesion with just shot blasting treatment. Furthermore, among the color variations of Cera Armor, there is also a "clear" option. This allows for the functionality of ceramics to be imparted while maintaining the appearance and properties (such as transparency) of the glass. We have experience processing quartz glass, heat-resistant glass, whiteboard glass, and more. ◆ Inquiries ◆ When making an inquiry, it would be helpful to provide the following information for a smoother process: 1. The nature of the substrate to be coated (material, shape, size, etc.) 2. The purpose of the coating (e.g., non-stick, chemical resistance, slip resistance, etc.) 3.
