The "ER25 type" is a bucket-type steam trap that utilizes the specific gravity difference between steam and condensate, allowing the valve to operate through the buoyancy of an open bucket, intermittently discharging saturated temperature condensate. The valve section employs our unique SCCV mechanism. Additionally, the super discharger function (differential pressure amplification valve mechanism) achieves high discharge capacity and durability in a compact body. It is suitable for equipment such as large heat exchangers across a wide range of industries, including food, dyeing, cleaning, air conditioning, and nuclear power. 【Features】 - Exceptional durability due to the use of our unique valve, robust super lever mechanism, and stainless steel internal components. - Reliable separation of air and water through a dual air-water separation mechanism (U-shaped passage and downward bucket), preventing steam carryover and leakage. - High discharge capacity ER series. - No steam or air issues due to the air vent function (can also eliminate high-temperature air and non-condensable gases). - High back pressure tolerance (90%).
