The "ER105 type" is a bucket-type steam trap that utilizes the specific gravity difference between steam and condensate, with the buoyancy of an open bucket operating the valve, intermittently discharging saturated temperature condensate. The valve section employs our proprietary SCCV mechanism. Furthermore, the super discharger function (differential pressure amplification valve mechanism) achieves high discharge capacity and durability in a compact body.
