Introduction to the production process! Until the screw is made.
We will introduce the manufacturing process of screws at Sakae Seibyoujo. 1. Cold Forging The material, wound in coils, is cut to the length of the screw. A mold called a punch is pressed to form the head of the screw, and the shaft of the screw is shaped by pressing it into a mold called a die, resulting in the screw blank. ↓ 2. Integrated Rolling A washer is fitted onto the screw blank, and the shaft of the screw is pinched and rubbed together using a mold called a flat die to shape the screw threads, resulting in a screw with an integrated washer. ↓ 3. Surface Treatment Surface treatment is applied to prevent rust on the screws. This improves corrosion resistance and enhances the appearance. ↓ 4. Sorting The finished products are checked for missing washers or contamination with different items, and defective products are removed. ↓ 5. Packaging After inspecting dimensions, screw accuracy, and cross-fitting, the products are packed into boxes. For more details, please contact us.
