At Sakae Seibyo, we carry out a consistent process from manufacturing to inspection and packaging through four departments: forging, rolling, sorting, and packaging. Manufacturing takes place at the Shibukawa factory, which is equipped with forging and rolling machines responsible for shaping materials. We stock materials, semi-finished products of screw blanks, and finished products to meet customer demands for short delivery times and small lot sizes. After surface treatment, products are transported to the headquarters, where they are sorted using sorting machines and then proceed to packaging and shipping operations. A mold called a punch is pressed to form the head of the screw, and the shaft of the screw is shaped by pressing it into a mold called a die, resulting in the screw blank. ↓ 2. Integrated Rolling A washer is fitted onto the screw blank, and the shaft of the screw is pinched and rubbed together using a mold called a flat die to shape the screw threads, resulting in a screw with an integrated washer. ↓ 3. Surface Treatment Surface treatment is applied to prevent rust on the screws. This improves corrosion resistance and enhances the appearance. ↓ 4. Sorting The finished products are checked for missing washers or contamination with different items, and defective products are removed. ↓ 5.
