At Sakae Seibyo, we carry out a consistent process from manufacturing to inspection and packaging through four departments: forging, rolling, sorting, and packaging. Manufacturing takes place at the Shibukawa factory, which is equipped with forging and rolling machines responsible for shaping materials. We stock materials, semi-finished products of screw blanks, and finished products to meet customer demands for short delivery times and small lot sizes. After surface treatment, products are transported to the headquarters, where they are sorted using sorting machines and then proceed to packaging and shipping operations. Company information
Our company manufactures and sells screws with integrated washers. The materials include iron, stainless steel, and brass, with sizes ranging from nominal diameter M2 to M16 and lengths up to 300L. We also handle various surface treatments, including non-chrome options. In addition to integrated screws, we accept orders for various rivets produced through cold forging, as well as rolling processing for supplied parts, and thanks to this, we produce 3 million screws daily. We have recently increased our equipment and relocated our manufacturing department to a new factory to further enhance our production capacity. Since our establishment in 1968, we have been recognized by our customers for our quick response to jobs of all sizes, making us a flexible company, and we have recently received an award for our quality as well.
