New arrival! Response speed 5 times faster! Ideal capacitive displacement sensor for measuring the blur of rotating objects.
■High Response, High Stability, High Resolution, Capacitive Non-Contact Displacement Sensor The PS-IA-HS is an ultra-precise non-contact displacement sensor that utilizes a unique capacitive method, achieving high response, high stability, high resolution, and versatility. With a proven track record and high evaluation, the user-friendliness of the PS-IA has been maintained while the response speed has increased fivefold. It enables the measurement of high-speed displacement phenomena that were previously difficult to measure. It is ideal for measuring the wobble of rotating objects and for closed-loop control of piezo stages. * A wide lineup with a standard measurement range of 30μm to 10,000μm * Sensitivity remains unchanged regardless of material if it is a conductor * Not affected by surface roughness * High linearity: ±0.05% or less * Response speed of 5kHz We will make recommendations based on your usage environment. basic information
This is a single-channel amplifier that operates on AC100V or DC24V, featuring a zero output reset function, NEAR/FAR LED indicators, and BNC analog output. It is a compact yet multifunctional system suitable for various applications, from research and development to integration into various devices. ■ Main Features ○ High-speed response with an analog bandwidth of 5kHz. Five times faster response compared to conventional models! ○ No calibration required for each measurement target! (Sensitivity remains unchanged as long as the measurement target is a conductor) ○ Not affected by surface roughness. High-precision measurement of displacements of fast-moving objects. ○ Measurement is possible even for thin measurement targets, as long as they are conductors. ○ The measurement area is smaller than the probe diameter, allowing for high positional resolution measurements. ○ Not affected by magnetic or electromagnetic induction. ○ A wide range of standard measurement ranges from 30μm to 10000μm. ○ High linearity: less than ±0.05%. ○ A variety of sensor probes are available. Unipulse Corporation is a sensor manufacturer. We develop a wide range of products using various technologies, including digital indicators for optimal load application in press-fitting and crimping, capacitive non-contact displacement meters, spindle clamping force measuring devices, small-diameter tool gripping force gauges, and rotating torque meters. In particular, the UTM series of rotating torque meters has become the standard for shaft-type torque measurement and is used in many development and manufacturing sites. In recent years, we have internalized the production of strain gauges and are manufacturing load cells and multi-force gauges in-house. Our subsidiary, Robotech, develops and sells products such as Uniservo (electric torque actuators) and Moonlifter (electric balancers). Notably, the electric balancer, which constantly detects force and position using load sensors and servo motors, allows for the movement of heavy objects with the sensitivity of human hands. We have received much positive feedback due to its unprecedented ease of use. Moving forward, the Unipulse Group will continue to prioritize research and development, delivering products that are first in Japan and the world.
