Catch changes in liquid viscosity through vibrations! Achieve high resolution using a piezoelectric accelerometer.
The "FEM-1000V-EX" is a torsional vibration viscometer for process inline applications. It can be continuously and real-time measured for viscosity and temperature by being mounted on tanks and piping with flanges. Since it uses piezoelectric ceramics in the drive unit, it is a maintenance-free viscometer. The viscosity sensor part (probe) has a completely sealed structure, and besides the method of mounting it with a flange, the non-explosion-proof type can also be fully immersed in liquid. 【Features】 ○ Viscosity measurement accuracy is within ±1% of the measured value → Whether at 1 mPas or 800 mPas, the measurement accuracy is within that 1% ○ The probe is compact, robust, and has a waterproof and dustproof structure ○ Made of stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion ○ All parts in contact with the liquid are welded, ensuring excellent airtightness and cleanliness ○ The high measurement accuracy of ±1% for viscosity data can be externally output via 4 - 20 mA (analog output) and RS232C (digital output) For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

The inline viscometer was awarded the 22nd Invention Award (1997) for its excellent performance and innovative ideas. Additionally, the acceleration sensor detects and records vibrations that occur during the transportation of goods, contributing to the prevention of product damage through the review of work improvement. We have developed a new viscoelastic meter as a culmination of the technology of inline viscometers and densitometers, which were developed as instruments for measuring the physical properties of liquids. Like the viscometer, it uses piezoelectric sensors to measure the viscosity, temperature, elastic modulus, and phase angle of various liquids in real-time inline. Focusing on piezoelectric sensor technology, we will continue to advance our development and research, aiming to become a comprehensive scientific measurement instrument manufacturer. With a wide range of products, solid technology, and prompt responses, we will strive as a united company to be of even greater service to everyone in the future. We appreciate your continued support.
