This device is designed to synchronize with the control signals of the LED production line inspection system to measure and classify the electrical and optical characteristics of LEDs online at high speed, providing the judgment information to the system. It is equipped with inspection measurement functions for electrical and optical characteristics based on power supply and applied conditions to the target, as well as measurement preparation functions that automatically perform contact and polarity judgments, and pre-registration functions for inspection and judgment conditions.
