The "LSCM" is a device that synchronizes with the control signals of the LED production line inspection system to rapidly measure and classify the electrical and optical characteristics of LEDs online, providing the judgment information to the system. It is capable of various optical and electrical measurements, such as luminous intensity, dominant wavelength, peak wavelength, polarity judgment, forward voltage/current, etc. The start of inspection and output of judgment results can be performed according to the timing of the LED inspection system using the I/O signal control line.
