This is a near-infrared camera equipped with an imaging module that combines a patented high pixel separation (high resolution) structure quantum-type InGaAs photodiode array and a logarithmic readout circuit IC. The imaging module is manufactured using a new bonding technology that employs ultra-fine gold bumps with temperature resistance and shock resistance, ensuring excellent reliability.
