Based on research results of compound semiconductor optical devices, we have developed a high-sensitivity, high-resolution image sensor. Using this device, we have independently developed and are selling a VGA (320,000 pixels) near-infrared camera. We provide reliable products based on domestic technology and offer patient support regarding image processing, measurement, and application devices. We also provide LEDs for near-infrared illumination.
