Vacuum emulsification device with bottom stirring capable of small batch preparation.
The upper part is equipped with a scraping mixer and a paddle mixer, while the lower part (tank bottom) has a homomixer, allowing for sufficient mixing and stirring, as well as vertical convection. The lower homomixer adopts a double mechanical seal structure, which has improved the durability of the seals compared to conventional designs when stirring high-hardness fine powder materials. 【Features】 ○ The high-speed shear homomixer enables uniform micronization of emulsions. ○ Since the homomixer is equipped at the bottom of the tank, it allows for mixing from small quantities compared to VQ and VT types. ○ It is also possible to replace the lower homomixer with other stirring blades as an option.

Since our establishment in 1954, we have handled all the necessary equipment for cosmetic factories, starting with emulsification devices, and including "pure water systems," "cosmetic filling machines," and "wastewater treatment facilities." In 1999, we became part of the Sanoyasu Group, and in April 2021, we merged with Sanoyasu Plant Engineering, which is also part of the same group. With a focus on three main businesses—"emulsification and stirring devices," "water treatment facilities," and "large tanks and steel structures"—we will further develop the technologies we have cultivated and support society in a wider range of fields.
