The vacuum emulsifying mixer is an ideal stirring device for the trial production and manufacturing of emulsified products such as creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. The stirring shaft equipped with two disc-type blades can achieve stepless speed variation up to 3,000 rpm. The scraping shaft, equipped with a Teflon scraper, can achieve stepless speed variation up to 60 rpm. The high shear force from the main spindle mixer and the turbulence created by the scraper enable ideal emulsification of the product within the stirring tank. By maintaining negative pressure in the stirring tank, defoaming and oxidation prevention are achieved, resulting in smooth and glossy emulsified products. The temperature conditions within the stirring tank can be continuously monitored using the standard temperature sensor. The control unit and operation panel are integrated with the main body, resulting in a compact design that takes up minimal installation space. *We also have many demo units available.
