We provide software aimed at standardizing customer operations and improving productivity. For example, by exporting the contents operated by the operator on a touch panel to a file (CSV) and loading this CSV file into a sequencer that controls the operation of the equipment, we enable automatic operation where the equipment executes processes without operator involvement. Additionally, by importing production log data stored in a recorder mounted on the control panel to a personal computer at a specified time, we offer various data logging software that allows for comparison of production logs of the same product in graphs and other formats. Since our establishment in 1954, we have handled all the necessary equipment for cosmetic factories, starting with emulsification devices, and including "pure water systems," "cosmetic filling machines," and "wastewater treatment facilities." In 1999, we became part of the Sanoyasu Group, and in April 2021, we merged with Sanoyasu Plant Engineering, which is also part of the same group. With a focus on three main businesses—"emulsification and stirring devices," "water treatment facilities," and "large tanks and steel structures"—we will further develop the technologies we have cultivated and support society in a wider range of fields.
