Auto Strainer | Achieving reduced maintenance and labor savings through automation
ARS Auto Strainer
The "ARS" series automatically cleans filters after foreign matter removal, achieving reduced maintenance and labor-saving, while supporting cost reduction and stable operations.
The "ARS" series cleans foreign substances accumulated in the filter using jet spraying from a spray nozzle. A sensor detects the accumulation of foreign substances in the filter section by measuring the difference between the inflow and outflow water volumes. When this difference exceeds a certain threshold, the water supply stops, and automatic cleaning begins. This significantly reduces the frequency of maintenance that was previously done manually or visually, achieving a reduction in work time and labor through automation and labor-saving measures. Additionally, by installing this device at the front end of the manufacturing and operational processes, it efficiently removes debris, sand, rust, algae, and other contaminants, thereby reducing abnormalities and failures caused by foreign substances in equipment, lowering repair costs, and contributing to stable operations. It also plays a vital role in filtering circulating water and wastewater treatment (removing debris and dirt from wastewater to prevent it from being discharged off-site). *We also offer a wide range of other spray nozzles. Detailed information
-
**Significant Reduction in Maintenance Costs for Sand Filtration Systems** To all users of sand filtration systems, we propose an innovative solution. By introducing our automatic cleaning filter before the sand filtration system, the frequency of clogging is dramatically reduced. This also mitigates the risk of abnormalities and failures in the system. Troubles caused by clogging lead to time-consuming and costly maintenance work. However, by implementing the automatic cleaning filter, we have successfully reduced the costs associated with replacing the media in sand filtration systems. This will greatly contribute to lowering your maintenance costs for sand filtration systems.

**Effective Water Conservation Measures Using Circulated Water in Cleaning Processes** Cleaning operations in the industrial sector are conducted regularly, but the amount of water used for cleaning is enormous. By utilizing circulated cleaning water, significant water conservation can be achieved. However, there are concerns about the presence of foreign substances in the circulated water, which may lead to issues such as clogging of cleaning spray nozzles. This is where our automatic cleaning filter comes into play. By efficiently filtering the circulated water with our filter, we can resolve problems such as clogging. By attaching it to the cleaning machine, we can swiftly implement water conservation measures in the cleaning process.

"Utilization of Industrial Water Filtration for Preventing Clogging of Spray Nozzles" In manufacturing processes, there are many instances where industrial water or river water is used. However, these waters contain foreign substances such as fine sand and algae, and clogging of spray nozzles is a frequent problem. Additionally, rust and slime inside the pipes can cause similar issues. By introducing automatic self-cleaning filters, labor reduction and automation of operations can be achieved. Since the removal of foreign substances and cleaning tasks are performed automatically, it is possible to streamline measures against clogging of spray nozzles.

"Pre-filtration of discharge hot water from the heat exchanger to prevent pipe clogging" When the piping of a heat exchanger becomes clogged with foreign substances, heat transfer is hindered, leading to a decrease in the efficiency of heat exchange. As a result, the heat exchanger may not be able to transfer heat as designed, potentially lowering the overall efficiency of the system. Furthermore, the risk of pipe damage and corrosion due to increased pressure within the piping rises. This is particularly true when reusing discharge hot water generated in factories, as the SS components and bacteria in the discharge hot water can easily cause pipe clogging. By utilizing our automatic cleaning filter, we can prevent the intrusion of particles and foreign substances into the piping of the heat exchanger, thereby reducing the need for regular inspections and maintenance work on the heat exchanger.

【Improvement of Quality through Removal of Resin Debris in the Coagulation Tank】 In the coagulation process of resin solutions, the resin debris that accumulates in the coagulation tank can lead to issues such as decreased coagulation quality, increased risk of mechanical failure, and reduced efficiency of the coagulation process. Therefore, regular cleaning of the coagulation tank is necessary. Our automatic cleaning filter effectively removes resin debris from the coagulation tank, contributing to the improvement of the coagulation process quality. Furthermore, by automatically and regularly cleaning the strainer, the resin debris on the filter surface is removed, maintaining the efficiency of the filter and minimizing reductions in productivity.

"Filter and reuse used release agents to reduce waste liquid treatment costs." Used release agents are typically treated as waste, but by reusing them, the volume of waste liquid can be reduced, thereby lessening the environmental impact associated with waste liquid treatment. Additionally, reusing release agents eliminates the need to purchase new ones, which can decrease annual usage and lower waste liquid treatment costs, potentially leading to cost savings. Our automatic cleaning filter is useful for filtering and separating debris from used release agents, facilitating their reuse.

**Utilization of Cooling Water Circulation for Slag Crushing in Waste Incineration Plants** The cooling water used to cool and solidify the slag generated in the waste incineration process is typically recycled, and it contains solid materials such as metal fragments, chemicals, and residual pharmaceuticals. Therefore, it is important to carry out appropriate treatment and purification to minimize the environmental impact. Our automatic cleaning filter efficiently removes foreign substances and solids, ensuring that contaminants such as metal fragments and organic materials are eliminated from the slag cooling water circulation process, making it an effective solution for the recycling of cooling water.

"Reducing Cleaning Load of Drinking Water Facilities Using River Water in Livestock Barns" When using river water in livestock barns, algae and sand contained in the river water can cause blockages in the water supply equipment and piping systems within the barn, potentially leading to issues with water supply. Furthermore, if these substances accumulate in drinking water facilities and supply equipment, there is an increased risk to livestock health due to water contamination and deteriorating sanitary conditions. To maintain the health and productivity of pigs, water quality management is crucial. Our automatic cleaning filter helps reduce the regular cleaning burden on workers while supporting improved sanitary management of water quality in livestock barns.
