Thermoplastic composites such as GFRTP and CFRTP can be molded into resin products with excellent moldability and impact resistance using a stampable molding method. We have performed over 20 molding processes using GFPP (GF40%) material for automotive components and industrial materials. The weight ratio of PPGF is "38% less than steel!!" and "24% less than aluminum!!"
