A device capable of simulating phenomena occurring in the subcutaneous environment of biopharmaceuticals.
The "Scissor N3" is a device that simulates phenomena occurring at the subcutaneous injection site of biopharmaceuticals. The physical behaviors that occur after various administration methods of conventional non-oral drugs are not well understood, but this product can simulate the chemical and various physical stresses that occur in the subcutaneous environment. Each experiment concludes within 24 hours and provides an in vitro model useful for studying bioavailability (BA) in subcutaneous administration. Additionally, it allows for offline analytical work (for example, concentration measurements using HPLC) to measure the concentration of excipients in samples. 【Features】 ■ High precision prediction of subcutaneous administration ■ Easy management of experiments ■ Connection to an auto-sampler (optional) ■ 4-channel exposure adjustment function ■ pH control through feedback loop *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
